The flat for two persons, overlooks the sea, features a bedroom with en suite, lounge and fully equipped kitchen, eating area and separate toilet. The bedroom exterior doors lead out to the sheltered lawn with lounges, table & chairs etc, as does the back kitchen door. The lounge has a bed/settee as well as a lounge suite, if required for a third person. There are chairs and tables to sit outside on the lawn or patio or have a BBQ. One A/C unit is available in the bedroom but realistically is not required. It has mosquito gauze and for your security the building has non-invasive CCTV surveillance. In the past this accommodation has been reserved for the owner but it is now available for renting and has been renovated. Parking is outside the front door & within the grounds.
